At an operational level we train the office staff as follows:

  • All new orders must be acknowledged within 30 minutes by e-mail.
  • All orders must be given in a written format whether by courier, fax, e-mail or SMS. No verbal orders are permitted.
  • If a formal PO is not issued by the buyer, an electronic. Pro-Forma must be mailed within 30 minutes by us, where permissible.
  • Upon request of the buyer the dispatch date must be committed and adhered to by the office staff.
  • Complaints must be handled with preventive and corrective action documented and communicated to clients.
